On December 27, 2024, the DC Auditorium set the stage for a transformative morning as B.Com (CA) students gathered for a guest lecture titled “How to Identify the Skill Gap.” The session, led by Dr. G. Venkatesan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Sona College of Arts and Science, Salem, offered profound insights into understanding and bridging the gaps between current skills and industry demands.
